The United States is a nation of immigrants. Under the Trump administration, sweeping changes to federal laws are threatening to undermine the rights of immigrants. We will not stand idly by while the government takes unlawful actions against our families, friends, and neighbors. Below is a list of valuable resources to help individuals understand their rights, how families can protect each other, and how businesses can safeguard their staff.

All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The ILRC’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. If you want a Red Card, email us: info@unitedphillips.org
